CE- Kohana's Love Trial

Explanation(all smooshed up into one giant paragraph >.<):
This picture shows Kohana slicing his way through a forest of thorns, just like the prince from Sleeping Beauty. I decided to use Kohana in particular because I think this sort of prince needed to be someone bold, and confident. Someone who was courageous enough to also be willing to go through this love trial. Also, I absolutely loved his fiery red hair, and thought it would also be another great reason to make him the prince. I chose to pick this fairytale because it was one of the first fairytales I've ever watched, and brought back so many childhood memories. xDDD I also loved how it was one of the scarier fairytales, which actually scared me a bit when I was little too o.o Along with being scary, I also liked the idea of thorns, that went with love, and how love can only be obtained only if you were able to make it through the sharp forest of them. xDDD (I'm not too good at explaning this am I o.o)
Also, I think I made this wayyyyy too dark for a picture for a fairytale contest, but oh wells orz

PS I tried to use brighter, deeper, and more vivid colors here, I hope it turned out okay o.o
